Order No. 105-A/2018 amending Order No. 134/2015 on the regime of operation 8.1.3 «Forest prevention against biotic and abiotic agents».

This Order establishes the fifth amendment to Order No. 134/2015, of 18 May, as amended by the following Orders: No. 233/2016 of 29 August; No. 249/2016 15 of September; No. 15-C/2018 of 12 January; and No. 46/2018 of 12 February, which establish the regime for the implementation of operation 8.1.3, «Forest prevention against biotic and abiotic agents» and operation 8.1.4, «Restoration of forest affected by biotic and abiotic agents or by catastrophic events», both included in Action 8.1 «Sustainable Forestry» of Measure 8, «Protection and Rehabilitation of Forest Settlements» of the Mainland Rural Development Programme (PDR 2020). Amendments establish that supports provided for Action 8.1 of Measure 8 of the PDR 2020 can be combined with others if the following conditions are met: a) Eligible investment up to a limit of EUR 2 million per ZIF or waste; b) Eligible investment up to a limit of 2 million euros, for public entities and collective forest management entities, by national forest and by forest perimeter managed by the Institute of Nature Conservation and Forests, I.P.; c) Eligible investment up to a limit of EUR 1 million for other beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons, public or private, and uncultivated land management entities holding forestry areas may benefit from the above mentioned financial support.
