Abstract
This Order, consisting of 5 Chapters and five Annexes, implements the regime of operation 8.1.3 "Forest Prevention against biotic and abiotic agents" and 8.1.4 operation, "Restoration of forest affected by biotic and abiotic agents or catastrophic events', both inserted in action 8.1, "Sustainable Forestry" of Measure 8, "Protection and Rehabilitation of Forest Settlements" Rural Development Programme of the Continent, abbreviated to PDR in 2020. The support provided for in this Order shall pursue the following objectives: a) to strengthen the protection of forests against damage caused by biotic agents; b) increasing the resilience of forests against abiotic agents; c) restoring the productive potential of forests affected by biotic agents; d) restoring forestry potential and protection of infrastructure damaged by abiotic agents.
