This Order approves the Regulation for bovine milk exploitation. The Regulation consists of 34 articles establishing the methods to be applied in order to perform the aforesaid activity. Sanitary and technical requirements are specified in the text and shall be governed by the General Directorate of Livestock (DGP), under the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
