Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation for marine mollusc and crustacean collection. It consists of 18 articles (divided in 3 chapters) and 5 annexes specifying the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the aforementioned activity (not applying within private mariculture centres). It concerns marine animal collection for commercial and scientific purposes; authorized fishing gear; underwater fishing; minimum size to be collected; fishing licence requirements, etc. Divided as follows: Aim of the Regulation (chap. 1); Marine animals collection requirements (chap. 2); Licensing (chap. 3). Annexes specify authorized mollusc and crustacean species to be caught; fishing areas; authorized fishing gear; model forms for animal species caught and fishing licence.
