Abstract
This Order establishes phytosanitary protection for potato imports from Egypt in order to avoid the spreading of 'Pseudomonas solanacearum' (Smith) disease. It establishes that tuber of 'Solanum tuberosum L.' may be imported into national territory only if satisfies specific conditions established in EC Commission Decision No 2000/568 of 8 September.
