Abstract
This Order amends Order No. 270/96 on phytosanitary protection regarding potato imports from Egypt in order to combat the disease 'Pseudomonas solanacearum' (Smith). It specifies that tuber of 'Solanum tuberosum L.', except those destined to be planted, originating from Egypt may be imported into national territory only if satisfy specific conditions established in EC Commission No. 99/842 of 30 November.
