Abstract
This Order limits the use of fishing nets to waters between a quarter of a mile and one mile from the coast. Such a method may be practised by vessels whose tonnage does not exceed 5 tons and whose length does not exceed 10 meters. Between one and two miles from the coast such fishing may be practised by all other vessels only in waters deeper than 20 meters. Fishing nets with mesh sizes smaller than those prescribed in annex I are prohibited. This Decree also establishes zones and seasons to use anchored nets.
