Abstract
This Order, consisting of 8 articles, establishes composition and competence and regulates the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy (SG). This General Secretariat is structured in the following core organizational units: Prospective and Planning Services; Services of International Relations; Financial Services and Asset Management; Human Resource Services; Legal Support Services. Services to Prospective and Planning, abbreviated designated SPP is responsible for: promoting the prospective research and monitoring trends of political, economic, social, demographic and technology in various relevant fields for the performance of the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy (MAOTE).
