Abstract
This Order concerns protective measures for potato cultivation so as to combat the propagation of Clavibacter Michiganensis and Sepedonicus.
It is composed of 18 articles and 4 annexes concerning cases in which the cultivation of potato is permitted, and measures for the detection of such diseases. The annexes establish detailed technical requirements for disease detection which is under the Regional Departments for Agricultural Protection (IPPAA).
