This Order, consisting of 18 articles and 4 Annexes, establishes authorised sport fishing methods, terms of licensing and taxes applicable to sport fishing in oceanic and in internal waters (marine or not). It specifies requirements to be met in order to perform sport fishing activity, protected fish species, standards to be met by fishing boat and other related matters. Annexes list prohibited species for underwater fishing, list of trophies, methods for cutting fish tails and finally taxes to be paid to perform this fishing activity.
