Abstract
This Order, consisting of 6 articles and one Annex establishes technical standards to be considered in the preparation of afforestation and reforestation projects, the respective analysis, decision-making process, and their implementation. The afforestation and reforestation actions, as well as the elaboration and analysis of the respective projects, must comply with the guidelines established in the appended Annex in order to guarantee the maintenance of the forests as an inseparable resource of other natural resources such as water, soil, air, fauna and flora. Situations where conditions of land, plant or special conservation status permit other technical solutions to be admissible, when justified. It specifies minimum distances from afforestation and reforestation land bordering; distances from afforestation and reforestation to water courses, etc.
