This Order, consisting of 13 articles, establishes additional emergency phytosanitary protecting measures destined to the eradication within the National territory of the pest to quarantine Grapevine flavescence dorée MLO, responsible for the disease called flavescence dorée, and to the management of the vector insect called Scaphoideus titanus Ball.
