Abstract
This Order approves the regime for trawl gear fishing. It specifies authorized trawling fishing areas and methods in the national exclusive economic zone (EEZ), only in the modalities of bottom trawling with gates and beam trawling, applying the requirements defined in the text. Fishing with bottom trawling gear with doors cannot be carried out closer than 6 miles from the coast. The distance of 6 miles above referred is counted, between Capes Raso, Espichel and Sines, from the respective straight baselines.
