Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation for trawlnet fishing. The Regulation consists of 3 chapters and 1 annexes specifying the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the aforementioned activity. It defines different types of trawling fishing gear (boat dredge; bottom trawl; demersal trawl; pelagic trawl, etc.) and specifies minimum mesh to be used for any fishing gear; maximum extension, restrictions, etc., specifying fishing areas according to the different fishing method. Trawl fishing only may have a fishing licence for one single fishing gear. Annex lists mesh classification, target-species and total allowable catch.
