Abstract
This Order approves the structure and rules of operation of the information system provided for in Decree-Law No. 96/2013 of 19 July which establishes the legal regime to the continental territory, as well as afforestation and reforestation activity using National forest species (RJAAR). It establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the reforestation of tree species using the Integrated Information System for the Conservation of Nature and Forests (RJAAR-SIICNF). The Annex approves the module on the legal regime to which they are subject in the continental territory.
