Order No. 214/2016 amending the Regulation of the Support Regime for Sustainable Development of Aquaculture.

This Order amends the Regulation of the Support Regime for Sustainable Development of Aquaculture. Amended articles deal with management needs to be met at national and EU environmental legislation and the requirements of maritime spatial planning; the environmental impact assessment referred to in EC Directive 2001/42 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001, as well as the management needs to be met at national legislation and the European Union related to health and well-being of aquatic animals and human health.
