Abstract
This Order establishes the second amendment of Decree No. 357/2013 of 10 December, establishing for the continent, the supplementary rules to implement the system to support the restructuring and conversion of vineyards (Vitis) for the period 2014-2018. Amendments deal with administrative and legal procedures related to the requirements for candidates being eligible and conditions to submit applications for financial assistance.
