Order No. 320/2016 establishing the mainland supplementary rules for the implementation of the support regime for the restructuring and conversion of vineyards (VITIS) for the period 2014-2018.

This Order, consisting of 22 articles and five Annexes, establishes the mainland supplementary rules for the implementation of the support regime for the restructuring and conversion of vineyards (VITIS) for the period 2014-2018 provided for in EU Parliament Regulation No. 1308/2013 and the Council of 17 December. The Institute of Vine and Wine, IP (IVV, IP), and the Institute of Financing of Agriculture and Fisheries, IP (IFAP, IP), establish complementary norms, technical and specific, to apply this Order, which constitute a manual, published on the IVV, IP, and IFAP, IP websites, at www.ivv.min-agricultura.pt and www.ifap.pt, respectively. The support regime for the restructuring and conversion of vineyards shall apply to: a) parcels of vineyard that comply with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 176/2015 of 25 August and Decree No. 348/2015 of 12 October, whose category of use is the production of grapes for wine and which, after conversion or restructuring, meet the conditions for producing wine with Denomination of Origin (DO) or Geographical Indication (GI); b) the replanting authorizations; c) replanting rights; d) the replanting rights obtained by transfer.
