Abstract
This Order establishes the sixth amendment from article 3 to 5 of the Regulation for gillnet fishing approved by Order No. 1102-H/2000. Amendments establish the prohibition of the use of gillnet with a mesh size less than 220 mm, in fishin areas situated less than 20 miles from the coast, in view to harmonizing the national to the European legislation.
