Order No. 233/2016 amending Order No. 134/2015 on the regime of operation 8.1.3 "Forest Prevention against biotic and abiotic agents".

This Order establishes the first amendment of Order No. 134/2015 of 18 May, establishing the regime for the operational system 8.1.3 "Forest Prevention against biotic and abiotic agents" and operation 8.1.4 "Restoring the affected forestry sector by biotic and abiotic agents or catastrophic events", of the continental rural development programme, referred to as PDR 2020. The amended Annex III deals with administrative proceedings and specifies that the expenditure set out in Section II are eligible from the date of occurrence of fire or disaster, only if the transactions are not physically completed or fully implemented before the request for support.
