Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation of the Support Regime for Temporary cessation of seine fishing activities provided for in Temporary Measure for the cessation of fishing activities, priority No. 1, Operational Programme for Fisheries 2007-2013 (PROMAR), according to article 3 of Decree-Law No. 81/2008, amended by Decree-Law No. 128/2009, No. 37/2010, No. 16/2013 of 28 January and No. 168/2014. This Regulation, consisting of 17 articles and two Tables, establishes a support system for temporary cessation of fishing activities that benefits owners and licensed seine fishing vessels, concerned by Plan Adjustment of fishing effort - Small Pelagic.
