Order No. 418-A/2015 amending the Regulation of the Support Regime for Temporary cessation of seine fishing activities.

This Order amends the Regulation of the Support Regime for Temporary cessation of seine fishing activities provided for in Temporary Measure for the cessation of fishing activities, priority No. 1. Amendments specifies administrative and legal proceedings, in particular realted to the payment of aid, made by IFAP, IP after verification by DRAP, that the stop was initiated until 30 October 2015, as required by article 5 of the fishing license has been delivered to the Port Offices by the shipowner until the first day of the stop of activity and that the other requirements of the assignment of the support provided for in Articles 3 and 4 are met. Payment requests are submitted by beneficiaries on the website of IFAP, IP until 14 December 2015. The shipowner has 5 business days from the receipt of financial assistance, to present to the DRAP the receivement of payment of compensation provided for in subparagraph b) of paragraph 1 of article 6.
