Abstract
This Order, consisting of 9 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the regime for exemption from the compulsory use of a Satellite Vessel Monitoring System, recording and transmission by electronic means of fishing logbook data, applicable to National fishing vessels with a length equal or exceeding 12 m and less than 15 metres.
