Abstract
This Order approves in the Annex the Regulation of the Integrated System for Electronic Waste Register (SIRER) and establishes registration procedures and regime of access and platform use. This Regulation consisting of 13 articles, regulates the registration procedures and its requirements for the access to information as well as its verification and treatment. Particular attention is paid to taxes, criminal liability and control procedures.
