Abstract
This Order, composed of six articles and one Annex, approves the Regulation on the Integrated System for Waste Electronic Register (SIRER), thus implementing Decree-Law No. 178/2006 on waste management. The annexed Regulation is composed of two Chapters divided in 17 articles. It rules on registration request procedures and on operations register. Moreover, it regulates access to information as well as its verification and treatment. Particular attention is paid to taxes, criminal liability and control procedures.
