This Order establishes extraordinary protecting phytosanitary measures to avoid the introduction and dissemination of Gibberella circinata Nirenberg & O’Donnell within the territory of Portugal. This Order implements Eu Commission Decision No. 2007/433 and in particular aims at implementing the following measures: a) A delimitation of marked areas, controlling procedures in these areas; b) Controlling measures to production, import, trade and transport of plant hosting the following plant: Pinus L. and Pseudotsuga menziesii, including: a) forestry planting material (MFR); b) basic planting material; c) forestry nursery, including those of natural regeneration, and isolated trees; d) plant material destined to ornamental purpose.
