Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation on the horse trade within the EC Community territory (including imports from third countries). It consist of 3 chapters and 4 annexes specifying the sanitary requirements to be met in order to produce and import horse within EC countries. Annexes list horse diseases and sanitary measures to be applied in order to avoid the spreading of the animal disease.
