This Decree-Law establishes the procedures for drawing up lists and publishing information in the veterinary and zootechnical fields, approves regulations on health, zootechnical and veterinary control conditions and transposes Council Directive No. 2008/73/EC of 15 July. It also approves regulations on the following matters: a) Health inspection of intra-Community trade in bovine animals and swine, as set out in Annex I; b) Breeding animals of the porcine species, as set out in Annex II; c) Pure-bred breeding animals of the ovine and caprine species, as set out in Annex III; (e) animal health conditions for movements and imports from third countries of equidae, as set out in Annex V; (f) the zootechnical and genealogical conditions applicable to intra-Community trade in equidae and trade in equidae intended for competitions, laying down the conditions for participation in such competitions, as set out in Annex VI; (g) the animal health conditions applicable to intra-Community trade in and imports of semen of the swine species, as set out in Annex VII; (h) animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in, and imports from third countries of, poultry and eggs for hatching, as set out in Annex VIII.
