Abstract
This Order defines phytosanitary measures to avoid the introduction or dissemination of harmful agents in vegetable and plant products. It is divided into 24 articles (defining sanitary requirements for import-export, plant protection measures, sanitary controls, protected zones, etc.) and 7 annexes (listing harmful agents in vegetable and plant products). A phytosanitary certification, granted by the IPPAA, is required for the trading of plants among EC countries.
