Order No. 353/2012 approving the Statute of the Institute for Nature and Forests Conservation (ICNF I.P.).

This Order approves the Statute of the Institute for Nature and Forests Conservation (ICNF I.P.). The annexed Statute, consisting of 9 articles, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institute, entitled to establish principles and standards for the protection and rational management of the natural heritage and set priorities for further development of scientific and technical knowledge and production of structuring documents; to define the objectives of nature conservation and biodiversity, including the Natura 2000 network; to ensure the monitoring and management of biodiversity and geodiversity, including the creation and management of the network.
