Abstract
This Order amends Order No. 55/2015 allowing, on an exceptional and restricted basis, the submission of applications for this financial support, for young farmers with an acceptance term signed under Operation No. 3.1.1, "Young Farmers" PDR2020, to the year 2020. Following Order No. 407-A/2019 of 23 December, which established the possibility of extending the multi-annual agro-environmental and silvo-environmental commitments granted under measure No. 7 "Agriculture and natural resources", inserted in area No. 3, "Environment, efficiency in the use of resources and climate" of the PDR 2020, it is important to adapt the regulations in force. The priority of promoting financial support for rural entrepreneurship and young farmers remains current, given the importance of generational renewal and the high degree of aging in the sector. So it is important to allow the opening of applications to young animal breeders who start the livestock sector in the production of animals of indigenous breeds.
