Order No. 90/2017 amending Order No. 55/2015 on the regime for the implementation of the support 'Maintenance of indigenous breeds at risk', of action 7.8 'Genetic resources', part of measure No. 7 'Agriculture and natural resources' of the Rural Development Programme for the Continent (PDR 2020).

This Order amends the regime for the implementation of the support 'Maintenance of indigenous breeds at risk', of action 7.8 'Genetic resources', which is part of measure No. 7' Agriculture and natural resources', area 3 'Environment, Efficiency in the use of resources and climate' of the Rural Development Programme of the Continent (PDR 2020). Amendments deal with the following issues: Regulation for the application and payment of aid, support, prizes and other subsidies to be made by the Institute for Financing Agriculture and Fisheries, I.P. (IFAP, I.P.); The beneficiaries may also carry out the total or partial reduction of livestock in the annual payment application; Beneficiaries who, at the time of submission of the payment request, have been accepted for Action No. 3.1, Young Farmers, of the PDR 2020 may increase the number of livestock heads supported, given that the eligibility criteria are met.
