Abstract
This Order is composed of 14 articles and one Annex. It defines the national rules implementing the conditionality control system provided by EC Regulation No. 1782/2003 of 29 September 2003 and EC Regulation No. 796/2004 of 21 April 2004. In particular, the Order defines the national control institutions and institutes a Permanent Commission for Coordination and Support to the conditionality control. Moreover, the Order regulates the criteria undergoing conditionality planning and evaluation, as well as annual reporting requirements. Finally the Order defines special conditions applicable to Portuguese Autonomous Regions.
