Order No. 370/92 establishing technical requirements for trading pure breed ovine and caprine reproduction products within EEC countries.

This Order regulates the trade of pure breed ovine and caprine reproduction products within EC countries. It consists of 16 articles defining these animals and laying down the requirements to be met for trading deep frozen bovine and caprine semen, embryos, etc. and 4 annexes specifying the criteria for authorizing semen collection centres, inscribing ovine and caprine reproductors (listing different animal breds), controlling methods on such activity, certificate requirements and 4 model forms specifying information to be done on these animals.
