Order No. 386/2001 amending Order No. 1102-H/2000 regulating gillnet fishing.

This Order amends articles 5, 6 and 11; annexes I and II of Order No. 1102-H/2000 regulating gillnet fishing. The amended articles and annexes concern maximum mesh size to be used within western coasts (between 60 mm and 79 mm); off 20 nautical miles from baselines fishing activity only is allowed by bottom trammel nets with mesh equal or exceeding 220 mm.; within 20 nautical miles depending on the fishing area (from 80 mm to 99 mm and equal or exceeding 100 mm).
It specifies also authorized fishing gear to be used and season to perform fishing activity within other fishing areas.
