Abstract
This Order amends the Regulation for basic payment regimes, agricultural activity beneficial to the climate and the environment, as well as payment for young farmers, specific aid for cotton and small-scale agriculture. Amended articles deal with administrative and legal proceedings and the implementation of the basic payment regimes, payments for agricultural practices beneficial to climate and the environment, payment for young farmers, specific aid for cotton and small farming regime, approved by the Annex of Decree No. 57/2015.
