Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation for basic payment regimes, agricultural activity beneficial to the climate and the environment, as well as payment for young farmers, specific aid for cotton and small-scale agriculture. This Regulation, consisting of 8 Chapters and 3 Annexes, establishes the Supplemental national standards of direct payments regimes provided for in Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013, the Council and the European Parliament of 17 December, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 639/2014, Commission and Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 641/2014, of 16 June, regarding the application of national decisions: a) the basic payment scheme (RPB); b) the payment for agricultural practices beneficial to the climate and the environment (greening); c) the payment for young farmers; d) the specific payment for cotton; e) the system of small farming (RPA).
