Abstract
This Order amends Order No. 274/2015 on the implementation regime of operations 8.1.1 «Forestry of agricultural and non-agricultural land», 8.1.2 «Installation of agroforestry systems», 8.1.5 «Improving the resilience and environmental value of forests», and 8.1 .6 «Improving the economic value of forests», included in action 8 (Sustainable forestry), of measure 8 «Protection and rehabilitation of forest settlements» of the Mainland Rural Development Programme (PDR 2020). Amended articles establish the following: Grouped areas the set of buildings, occupied in total or in part by forest areas, subject to a single management and with a minimum area of 100 hectares, for collective investments whose purpose is forestry management and exploitation; Interventions with relevant territorial scale covering areas of at least 750 hectares, etc. Annexes deal with actions to be taken for: support for afforestation of agricultural and non-agricultural lands; Improving the resilience and environmental value of forests; Improving the economic value of forests.
