Order No. 466/95 amending Order No. 1005/92 concerning protecting measures on animal use with scientific and experimental purposes.

This Order amends articles 8, 23, 48 and 49 of Order No. 1005/92, concerning protecting measures on animal use with scientific and experimental purposes. It establishes that such experiences may be carried out only by competent, or authorized people, or by people under their direct responsibility. All experience must be notify to the IPPAA every end of June. This Order also establishes the composition of the Committee which represents the competent Ministries.
