This Order is divided in 3 Parts, i.e.: Regulations on the National List of Strawberry Varieties - Fragaria X Ananassa, Duch on strawberry varieties, competent national authorities, strawberry classification, etc. (I - 17 arts., 1 annex); regulations on strawberry planting material (category, sub-category, class), plant controls and other requirements (II - 22 arts.); statute of strawberry planting material producers (requirements to be met in order to obtain a producer's licence, controls, duration, etc.) (III - 13 arts.) .
