Order No. 53/2017 amending the Regulation of the Support System for Investments in Fishing Ports, Landing Sites, Lots and Shelters.

This Order amends the Regulation of the Support System for Investments in Fishing Ports, Landing Sites, Lots and Shelters under the Operational Programme (PO) Mar 2020, for Continental Portugal. Amendments deal with the eligibility of expenditure related to construction and re-qualification of warehouses for sizing, as well as the acquisition of containers to store nets and fishing gear. The new selection of applications related to economic and financial appraisal shall not be required in the case of applications whose eligible investment is less than € 100,000.00, or of applications submitted by the beneficiaries referred to in Article 6 (b), (c) and (d), in which case the final score PF results from the following formula: PF = 0.4 AT + 0.6 AE.
