Order No. 57/2016 approving the Regulation of the Support System for Investments in Fishing Ports, Landing Sites, Lots and Shelters.

This Order approves the Regulation of the Support System for Investments in Fishing Ports, Landing Sites, Lots and Shelters under the Operational Programme (PO) Mar 2020, for Continental Portugal. This Regulation, consisting of 22 articles and three Annexes, establishes that the purpose of the support provided for aims: a) to improve the quality, control and traceability of products landed; b) to increase energy efficiency; c) to contribute to the protection of the environment; d) to improve safety and working conditions; e) to facilitate compliance with the catch landing obligation in accordance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy; f) to add value to underutilized components of catches.
