This Order establishes the Regulation on the sanitary measures to be applied for trading fresh milk, treated milk, milk destined to transformation and other milk products destined to human consumption. This Regulation consists of 5 annexes establishing the legal requirements to be met by the said products in order to be produced and placed on the market. It includes sanitary conditions to be satisfied by milk treatment centres, packaging and labelling requirements.
