Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation on fishing activity in the Formosa River. It is composed of 4 chapters and 2 annexes regulating fishing in the above river. It defines fishing zones and fishing purposes as commercial or sport fishing. This Order also lists authorized fishing methods (annex I) and establishes requirements for fishing permits as well as requirements. Annex II defines minimum size of fish (listing fish species) and minimum size of mesh.
