Abstract
This Decree establishes minimum size for fish, crustaceans and molluscs according to article 48 of Decree No. 43/87 defining national measures for the conservation of living resources applicable to fishing activities. It consists of 4 articles and 1 annex specifying the authorized minimum size to catch the fish, crustacean and mollusc species (listed in detail in annex).
