Abstract
This Order implements EC Council Directive No. 92/119, establishing general measures to combat certain animal diseases, in particular the swine bladder disease and Decree-Law No. 22/95. It consists of a Regulation and 4 annexes dealing with sanitary procedures in order to combat such diseases. Annex I lists diseases needing a notification; annex II specifies specific measures to combat certain animal diseases, in particular the swine bladder disease; annex III lists EC laboratory responsibilities and annex IV deals with emergency plans requirements.
