Abstract
This Decree-Law is composed of 30 articles and four Annexes. It introduces in the National legal system Commission Directive No. 2007/10/EC ruling on the fight against certain animal diseases. The Decree-Law defines the scope of application, provides definitions for the target diseases and rules on the measures to be adopted in case of diseases. Particular attention is paid to wildlife animal diseases, and to defining protection measures such as vaccinations, epidemiological controls and emergency plans.
