Abstract
This Order amends article 8 of the Regulation of the Support System for Investments in Fishing Ports, Landing Sites, Lots and Shelters under the Operational Programme (PO) Mar 2020, for Continental Portugal. Amended article deals with administrative and legal proceedings, in particular those issues related to the construction, recovery and expansion of quays, sweeping ramps, earthworks, walls, rockfills and prefabricated protection elements, as well as the execution of dredging that are part of the investment.
