This Order establishes general rules for regulating hunting activity in private hunting areas. It specifies in detail the requirements to be satisfied for obtaining hunting licence (3 types: A, B, or C, to be granted only to national hunters), in particular for the hunting to wild boars. It also lays down the requirements for trading animal trophies and fees to be paid by hunters and sanctions for offenders.
