Abstract
This Order amends the Regulation for trawlnet fishing approved by Order No 1102-E/2000. Amendments specify new requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned activity. It establishes in 2014, on an exceptional basis for biological reasons, a closed season for dragnet fishing, in the following areas: North West Zone: North of latitude that passes through the northern edge of Captaincy of Aveiro (40° 56.0 N) from 15 June to 15 July; South of latitude that passes by the northern limit of Captaincy Aveiro (40° 56.0 N) from 15 May to 15 June. West Zone and South South zone: the whole area from 15 May to 15 June.
